Media & Digital Literacy Academy of Beirut MDLAB 2021

The Lebanese American University has just started accepting applications for Media & Digital Literacy Academy of Beirut MDLAB 2021 that will take place from June 14 until June 27, 2021. 

MDLAB is a 2-weeks program that the Institute of Media Research and Training at the Lebanese American University is offering. It aims to develop media and digital literacy education in the region by providing the needed workshops, training, curricular material and resources. It is targeted to young activists, educators, media professionals, and journalists.

This year the theme is about improving media literacy among women and youth. It is also about enhancing media representation of women issues and youth concerns.

This program is funded by the Public Affairs Section at the U.S. Embassy in Beirut.
