The activities include, but are not limited to:

- Periodic preventive maintenance for all HVAC and fire suppression system
- On-call repair and maintenance
- Emergency response;
How to apply

With reference to the site visit and the pre-bid meeting, kindly note that they have been scheduled for Thursday Wednesday 18th March at 11:00h. Please confirm your attendance by Wednesday 17.03.2021 14:00h latest and share with us the name of the person who will be present. To note that only one person is allowed to attend due to COVID restrictions.
Proposals must be sent to the following secured email ONLY ([email protected]) and must be sent in two separate emails not later than 12:00h, 30 March 2021: one email for the technical proposal and one email for the financial proposal.

With reference to the site visit and the pre-bid meeting dates, and since the lockdown remains active, please note that the dates will be communicated at a later stage, once the lockdown is lifted. Kindly note as well that the proposals submission deadline will be postponed till further notice.
Meanwhile, I am sharing with you the asset list related to the HVAC system for your kind perusal:
1- indoor unit VRV: 2(F2 ) and 1(F5)= 3 units
2- FCU: 11(F2), 12(F3), 12(F4), 14(F5) = 49 units
3- ERM: 2(F2), 3(F3), 3(F4), 3(F5) = 11 units
4- fm200: 2 systems
5- fire extinguishers: 7xCO2 and 25x dry chemical
The site visit and the pre-bid meeting that were scheduled on Wednesday 10th Feb have been postponed till further notice due to the lockdown procedures. Consequently, the proposals submission deadline has been extended till March 3rd.
Proposals must be sent to the following secured email ONLY ([email protected]) and must be sent in two separate emails not later than 12:00h, 03 March 2021: one email for the technical proposal and one email for the financial proposal.
- Email for technical proposal:
Subject line of the email must indicate: LRPS number (LRPS-2021-9164598) - name of your company- technical proposal. The email must include: The technical proposal only without prices.
-Email for price proposal:
Subject line of the email must indicate: LRPS number (LRPS-2021-9164598) - name of your company- price proposal. The email must include: The price proposal (Annex 2)
Proposals sent in another manner will be invalid.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Please note that inquiries related to this request will be acceptable through e-mail ONLY ([email protected] & [email protected]) by latest: 15 February 2021 and will not be considered through phone calls.
Kindly make sure that the e-mail mentions the LRPS reference number LRPS-2021-9164598.
SITE VISIT & PRE BID MEETING:
You are invited to attend a MANDATORY site visit and pre-bid briefing to ensure familiarity with the conditions of the UNICEF Premises so that you are fully aware of the intended requirement, prior to submission of bids. The site visit and pre-bidding briefing will be conducted at UNICEF OFFICE, SAMA BEIRUT, ACHRAFIEH, BEIRUT. Date and time will be communicated at a later stage due to the to the lockdown procedures.
