In response to need for a new generator at Rafic Hariri University Hospital, Union Relief & Development Associations is seeking suppliers to submit their tenders for items in below description.

Generator Specification :

  • Engine : Brand: Cummins - Engine Model: KTA50-G3 - 1500RPM Ambient Temperature: 36 ﮿C, Noise Level 55dB at 3M, Digital EFC Governor.

  • Alternator: Brand: STAMFORD, Alternator Model: PI734A1, Insulation Class: H, Voltage: 400VAC, Frequency: 50Hz, 4-Wire system, Rated Power Factor: 0.8, Rated Power:1270KVA.

  • Automatic Voltage Regulator : Brand: STAMFORD, Model: MX321, Voltage Regulation: ±0.5%.

  • Generator Controller : Brand: DEEP SEA ELECTRONICS, Model: DSE 8610, Synchronizing Auto Start Load Share Control module.

  • Engine Radiator : The Engine Cooling radiator shall be customized according to the site existing radiator-housing.

  • Electrical Works : Connection of all power and control cables as well as the needed wiring related to the gensets and all the connections to the respective totalizing boards, The contractor shall ensure the function of all gensets each one as a member of the totalizing board through the installation and re-programming of the controller modules DSE8610 of the three gensets.

  • Consumables & Spare Parts : Supply of consumables & spare parts per gensets required for 2 years of preventive maintenance, as per the manufacturer’s recommendations and for average usage of 300hrs/year/gensets.

How to apply

Tender should be submitted by hand in closed sealed envelope in tender box at URDA Offices, Khalde, international Road Behind Al Ramal Supermarket - Al Anwar Building - Ground Floor.

Eligibility Requirements :

  • To be eligible for consideration of this tender, a tenderer should meet the following requirements:
  • Company Registered and has a financial number and VAT number.
  • Flexible in payments.
  • Has a working experience in the requested items.
  • Clear quotation stamped and signed by the company name.
  • Has a bank account by the company name (same as company name used to apply to tender) and can receive external bank transfer.
  • Delivery cost must be mentioned on the quotation or included with price  
  • Not quotation will be accepted through email, please submit them to the office (address above, sealed and stamped).
