Solar Pumping System
ACTED (Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development), is inviting suppliers to submit offers for each lot for the following supplies below:
Lot number: 1
Description: supply and install a solar system in qoleile
Location: qoleile- south Lebanon
Delivery deadline: Refer to Instructions to bidders
This calls for tenders will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Document package (in English) can be downloaded from the Daleel Madani website at www.daleel-madani.org under the section “Calls”.
Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the websites regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or the bidding documents
How to apply
Mandatory site visit to be conducted on 22/07/2020 at 10.30 AM, all interested bidders are requested to send an email to [email protected], CC Tender @acted.org, expressing their interest with the name and contact information of the representatives with the subject “11CUO Registration to attend site visit for Qoleile solar system on 22/07/2020” by 20/07/2020 before 5.00 PM.
ACTED reserves the right to modify or cancel the site visits
All bids must be submitted no later than 06/08/2020 by E-mail to [email protected] , Cc [email protected]
ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.
A tender opening session will take place on Aug 2020 (exact date and time to be determined) in the ACTED Lebanon representative office at 8th floor, Eshmoun Bldg, Damascus Road, Sodeco, Ashrafieh, Beirut
