Development of an E-learning SWM course

Instructional designer/course developer, develop the appearance, organization, and functionality of learning systems using learning principles.

• Develop with Anera team the Course learning objectives and its scope;
• Configure E-Learning and Learning Management systems, including configuration and input of content in learning activities and resources, configuration of access and read/write settings, theme design and configuration, and programming;
• Develop E-Lessons, where educational materials such as recorded lesson videos, presentations (e.g PowerPoint and Prezi), readings, and self-assessment questions are developed into interactive education media using a high-level web-based programming/authoring tool;
• Develop audio, visual, and interactive media aids;
• Upload and output video from video management tool, including configuring quality and size properties of video media, configuring players, and uploading videos through XML and excel media;
• Work with the team on the content (Check and edit it when needed);

Needed skills:

• Web-based development and technical programming;
• Graphic design experience: Finished products must be visually appealing, with video production and editing experience;
• Experience with learning management systems;
• Arabic speaker is preferable (or someone who understand the Arabic language, since the materials will be in Arabic, to avoid double work on the team);
• Public health of Solid waste management background is preferable;
