Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate project-related activities with staff and external constituencies
• Coordinate with staff to gather progress reports; review or draft donor impact reports and keep donors informed of progress
• Make sure donors’ funded projects are delivered as required according to each project timeline, and promptly inform Board and/or donors whenever delays are occurring and if extensions are needed
• Assist in operational & administrative tasks at the LMTA office
• Assist in organizing project related workshops when needed
• Work with staff and assist in high-level communication to mobilize and align communications with the targeted awareness campaigns
• Search and identify project related funding calls. Prepare and submit brief to board. Write concept papers and simple funding proposals
• Support advocacy initiatives via coordination with related parties, and coordinate the reporting on environmental crimes along the LMT
• Raise awareness on the Association’s mandate and objectives
• Follow up and further develop on the LMT Trail Adopters volunteering initiative, and assist in setting up and coordinating a volunteers club. Assist in developing a volunteer's policy

Profile Required
• 10+ years in a similar role, preferably with an NGO
• Interpersonal Skills: team oriented (works well with and helps others) and ability to build consensus
• Professionalism with strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity
• Reliable, well organized, self-motivated and accepts feedback well
• Managerial Skills: Ability to manage multi tasks, follow up on projects, organize resources, develop timelines
• Leadership Skills: Must be adept at people management, build relationships with staff, stakeholders and volunteers, and persuasively explain the LMTA’s mandate and objectives
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Motivation (positive); Creative, confident and outgoing personality
• Desirable: Passionate about the LMT and/or environmental & cultural heritage protection
• Desirable: Negotiation skills
• Desirable: Takes initiatives
