817786 – WVL | H2ALL I Call for Tender I Construction of Water Reservoirs and Well equipment in Bekaa
The project includes:
1. Construction of water reservoir with a capacity of 1000 m3 in Ali Nahri
2. Construction of water tower with a capacity of 300 m3 in Ali Al Nahri
3. Installation of around 4.88 km of transmission line in Ali Al Nahri
4. Well equipment in Baaloul

Eligible bidders are:
· Lebanese Contractors classified as First Degree Contractor for Water Project with the Ministry of Energy and Water,
· and five stars classified contractor with the CDR (roads, civil works, and buildings),
· and at least one successfully handed over water project of minimum value of two million U.S. dollars in the last five years and has successfully completed the execution of at least one elevated water tank similar to the work specified in the Bill of Quantities.

11 June 2019: Cut-off date for bidders to request tender documents ONLINE.

Any emails received after cut-off date will be rejected.
14 June 2019: Cut-off date for the expression of interest in joining the mandatory site visit.
Instructions for joining the site visit: Kindly send an email to [email protected] containing: Company Name, Contact Person who will be attending the site visit, Contact Number, Email.
Any emails received after cut-off date will be rejected
20 June 2019: A mandatory site visit will be held in the presence of WASH Engineers in the specified locations (2 locations) in Bekaa. Interested contractors will receive a phone call from WVL on 19th of June to provide the contractors with all details regarding site visit.
26 June 2019: Cut-off date for receipt of any questions regarding the tender. Questions should be sent via email to [email protected]. One comprehensive Q&A report will be sent to all bidders on 28 June 2019.
Any questions received after the cut-off date (26 June 2019) will be rejected,
8 July 2019 (12:00 PM)
DEADLINE for submission of bid and all related documents (Administrative, Technical, Financial) online AND in a Sealed Envelope to our office in Mansourieh (by 4:00 PM at the latest).
Any bids received after the DEADLINE will be rejected.
