Through the Strengthening Civil Society for Impact (SCS) Request for Applications, the USAID Lebanon Civic Action Accelerator Program (LEBCAAP) aims to increase the impact and sustainability of CSOs in serving vulnerable communities through the delivery of responsive and inclusive quality programs, to be achieved through (1) strengthening CSO organizational capacities for operational efficiency and technical effectiveness and (2) expanding the CSO programmatic reach by piloting/expanding a community initiative.

Financial Management Consultant

LEB-CAAP is seeking the expertise of an experienced consultant in financial management to strengthen the financial management capacity of LEB-CAAP grantees through the development and implementation of a comprehensive training program. The primary objective is not only to empower and equip LEB-CAAP grantees with essential knowledge, skills, and tools but also to establish and maintain effective financial management systems, ensuring proficient grant management within the organization. The consultancy will span a period of two months, commencing from April / May 2024 till June 2024.

Finance Manager

FHI 360 seeks qualified candidates to serve as the Finance Manager to support the LEB-CAAP program.
The Finance Manager will report to the Deputy Chief of Party and will be responsible for financial management and overseeing the projects’ legal, compliance, and audit activities. She/he will supervise an Accountant and ensure their compliant and efficient support to the project’s activities.
