LEB-CAAP is seeking the expertise of an experienced consultant in financial management to strengthen the financial management capacity of LEB-CAAP grantees through the development and implementation of a comprehensive training program. The primary objective is not only to empower and equip LEB-CAAP grantees with essential knowledge, skills, and tools but also to establish and maintain effective financial management systems, ensuring proficient grant management within the organization. The consultancy will span a period of two months, commencing from April / May 2024 till June 2024.

LEB-CAAP is seeking the expertise of an experienced consultant in NGO management to provide targeted support to one of our CFRR grantees - Enta Karim - a civil society organization (CSO) operating in Saida. The consultant will be responsible for developing a tailored "Organizational Workflow and Structure Handbook" for the CSO, creating specialized Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Enta Karim Board Initiative, and establishing a Volunteering Policy that aligns with the organization's size and scope. The consultancy will span over a period of three months, from April till mid June 2024.

The USAID Lebanon Civic Action Accelerator Program (LEB0CAAO) aims to support CSOs across Lebanon advance the country’s development and improve democratic governance. Under this Request for Applications (RFA), LEB-CAAP is seeking to partner with a Lebanese intermediary support organization (ISO) that specializes in the field of social entrepreneurship to deliver a customized capacity strengthening program that furthers the financial sustainability of civil society organizations (CSOs).

The USAID Lebanon Civic Action Accelerator Program aims to support CSOs across Lebanon advance the country’s development and improve democratic governance. FHI 360, an international non-profit organization, is implementing the Lebanon Civic Action Accelerator Program (LEB-CAAP), a program funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) to support civil society actors across Lebanon.
Through this Request for Proposals (RFP), FHI 360 seeks a Safeguarding Consultant to support in implementing FHI 360 safeguarding requirements and capacity strengthening for its grantees.

FHI 360 seeks an environmental compliance consultant to conduct the Environmental Review Assessment Checklists (ERAC) and develop Environmental Mitigation & Management Plans (EMMP) for our grants to local organizations in addition to monitoring the implementation of the plans.

Our grants will range from $10,000 to $30,000 covering non-construction activities largely focused on strengthening Civil Society Organizations’ activities. The number of grantees is up to 15 for the ERAC/EMMP scope and up to 30 grantees for the monitoring phase.

The Catalyst Fund for Relief and Response addresses the increasing needs and challenges of relief and response actors in Lebanon, as a result of the compounded crises that are impacting the country. The Fund aims to strengthen the institutional capacity of civil society actors to continue and/or expand their services and help them improve the effectiveness, efficiency, quality, and inclusivity of their relief and response services.

LEB-CAAP will be implementing specific activities in support of Elections and Political Processes, specifically within the context of the upcoming municipal elections. Through co-creation, LEB-CAAP will work together with USAID Lebanon and local actors to define specific interventions under EPP’s “Objective 1: Inclusive democratic practices and culture strengthened”.

FHI 360 is seeking full applications from civil society actors looking to enhance their ability to serve and respond to the increasing relief and response needs of local communities, as they operate in an uncertain and rapidly changing environment.
