دعوة للمشاركة: ندوة تعزيز الشراكات بين الشباب والمجتمع المدني

بالإضافة إلى كونهم المستفيدين الرئيسيين من برامج التنمية، يلعب الشباب بالفعل دورًا حاسمًا في تعزيز تأثير المجتمع المدني في لبنان، سواء من خلال العمل في فرق منظمات المجتمع المدني، أو كمتطوعين يدعمون فرق العمل، أو كأطراف معنية رئيسية تتفاعل معها منظمات المجتمع المدني لتصميم وتنفيذ برامجها. تحت شعار "تعزيز الشراكات بين الشباب والمجتمع المدني"، تهدف هذه الندوة إلى تعزيز الروابط بين الشباب والمجتمع المدني من خلال:

• بناء المعرفة والفهم لنهج  التنمية الإيجابية للشباب (PYD) وتقديم أداة تقييم برامج الشباب (YPAT) لتطوير القدرات في مجال التنمية الإيجابية للشباب.
• توفير مساحة للمشاركين لمشاركة تجاربهم وأفكارهم حول كيفية تعزيز قدرات التنمية الإيجابية للشباب.

ستتضمن الندوة جلسة نقاشية تعرض تجارب منظمات المجتمع المدني في لبنان وعرضًا لبرنامج شبابي في تونس، بالإضافة إلى تمارين تفاعلية للتأمل في المفاهيم الرئيسية وتبادل الأفكار. كما سيتم تقديم أداة YPAT وتوفير إرشادات عملية للمنظمات المهتمة باستخدامها.

خلفية المشروع

برنامج تسريع العمل المدني في لبنان (2021 - 2026) هو برنامج لتعزيز المجتمع المدني ممول من الوكالة الأمريكية للتنمية الدولية (USAID) يتم تنفيذه من قبل منظمة FHI 360. يوفر البرنامج مزيجًا من المنح والمساعدة الفنية والشراكات بهدف تسريع النشاط المدني لمعالجة الأزمات المتراكمة في لبنان وتعزيز الإصلاحات المستندة إلى الحقوق على المدى الطويل.

معلومات الأهلية والتسجيل:

تم تصميم هذه الندوة خصيصًا لمنظمات المجتمع المدني المحلية في لبنان التي تخدم الشباب (بهدف رئيسي لدعم الشباب) أو تركز على الشباب (ببرامج تستهدف الشباب كفئة رئيسية). هدفنا هو جمع المنظمات التي تلتزم بتمكين الشباب وتوفير مساحة للتبادل والتعلم لتعزيز برامجها.

لذلك، ندعوكم للتسجيل في هذه الندوة إذا:

• كنتم منظمة محلية مسجلة في لبنان.
• تتمتع منظمتكم بتفويض رئيسي لخدمة الشباب أو لديكم برامج تركز بشكل كبير على الشباب.

يمكن لكل منظمة تسجيل ما يصل إلى ثلاثة مشاركين، ونشجع بشدة مشاركة الشباب من منظمتكم (أقل من 30 عامًا) سواء كانوا أعضاء فريق أو قادة/متطوعين شباب يلعبون دورًا في تصميم وتنفيذ البرامج.

• التاريخ: الخميس، 19 سبتمبر 2024
• الوقت: 3:00 – 4:30 مساءً (بتوقيت بيروت)
• المكان: ندوة عبر الإنترنت؛ سيتم توفير رابط الويب لمن تم تأكيد تسجيلهم.
• اللغة: ستُعقد الندوة بشكل رئيسي باللغة العربية.
• الموعد النهائي للتسجيل: 16 سبتمبر 2024.

Call for Participation: Fostering Stronger Youth-Civil Society Partnerships Event

In addition to being key beneficiaries of development programming, young people are already crucial in driving civil society’s impact in Lebanon - working on the teams of civil society organizations (CSOs), as volunteers supporting their teams, or as key stakeholders CSOs are engaging to design and implement their programming. Under the theme “Fostering Stronger Youth-Civil Society Partnerships,” this event seeks to strengthen the connections between youth and civil society by:

1. Building knowledge and understanding of the Positive Youth Development (PYD) approach and introducing the Youth Programming Assessment Tool (YPAT) to develop capacity in PYD.
2. Providing space for participants to share their experiences and ideas on how to strengthen PYD capacity. 

The event will feature a panel showcasing experiences from CSOs in Lebanon and a presentation from a youth program in Tunisia, as well as participatory exercises to reflect on key concepts and exchange ideas. It will also introduce the YPAT and provide practical guidance to CSOs who are interested in using it.

Project Background

The Lebanon Civic Action Accelerator LEB-CAAP is a United States Agency for International Development (USAID)-funded civil society strengthening program (2021-2026) implemented by FHI 360. It provides a combination of grants, technical assistance, and partnerships aimed at accelerating civil society activism to address Lebanon's compounded crises and advance long-term rights-based reforms.

Eligibility and Registration Information:

This event is specifically designed for local CSOs in Lebanon that are either youth-serving (with a primary mandate to support youth) or youth-focused (with programs targeting youth as a primary group). Our goal is to gather organizations committed to youth empowerment and provide a space for exchange and learning to enhance their programming.

Therefore, we invite you to register to this event if:

• You are a local organization registered in Lebanon.
• Your organization has a primary mandate of serving youth or have significant youth-focused programs.

Each organization is welcome to register up to three participants and we strongly encourage the participation of young people from your organization (younger than 30 years old) who are team members or a youth leader/volunteer who plays a role in designing and implementing programming.

• Time: 3 – 4:30 pm (Beirut time)
• Location: Online event; webinar link will be provided to registered attendees.
• Language: The event will be conducted primarily in Arabic.
• Registration deadline: September 16, 2024.
