ACTED can choose one or several suppliers for the same Lot
Suppliers can bid for one or several lots. If the supplier answers only to one lot, this supplier will be considered as eligible for the tender
How to apply
These calls for tenders will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Document package (in English) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address: ACTED Office, Echmoun Bldg, 8th floor, Damascus Road, Sodeco, Beirut

Potential bidders are encouraged to consult these websites regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or the bidding documents.
All bids must be submitted no later than 24/04/2019 (April 24th 2019) at 5:00 pm (local Lebanese time) at the address mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by E-mail to [email protected] Cc [email protected] Late Bids will be automatically rejected.
ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.
A tender opening session will take place on April 25th 2019 (exact timing TBD) in the ACTED representative office in 8th floor, Eshmoun Bldg, Damascus Road, Sodeco, Ashrafieh, Beirut. The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed.
