  • Participate in the development of the project work plan and chronogram of intervention;
  • Coordinate with the partners for the organization, implementation, reporting and supervision of all the activities addressing the social entrepreneurship component;
  • Ensure the success of the activities respecting logistical, administrative and communication processes aligned with donor’s rules and requirements;
  • Provide effective guidance and technical assistance to the business coaches and assess the needs in term of capacity building;
  • Conduct regularly scheduled staff meetings to discuss and resolve staff and program issues and concern;
  • Develop and present to the PM a training plan for the team on advanced coaching methodologies;
  • In collaboration with the M&E department, develop comprehensive evaluation and monitoring tools to measure the impact of Social entrepreneurship course and coaching sessions on students’ personal development,
  • Provide reports along the year to the Project coordinator/M&E department including quantitative data and full descriptive narrative as per the project annual work plan;
  • Represent AVSI in the relevant meetings upon request;
  • Perform any other relevant duties;
