The Project Coordinator’s responsibilities include working closely with the Programs Manager to prepare comprehensive action places, including resources, timeframes, and budgets for the project. H/she will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries. Excellent time management and communication skills are a must as there will be constant collaboration between the teams to deliver results on time.

The Programs Manager will play a pivotal role in leading and managing diverse projects under the 3 main pillars: protection, livelihoods, and education sectors. This position requires a dynamic individual with a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams. He/She will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from planning to implementation, ensuring effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

The Career Counselor and Industry Relations Officer is responsible for guiding participants on how to search for and apply to jobs or internships suited for them. He/She will also be the liaison point with companies to secure participants an internship.

The Outreach Officer provides support to the Project Team by gathering and analyzing information and data. H/She will conduct and interpret statistical analysis and will also be in charge of maintaining a system of identifying, tracking, recording, and adding input to the outreach criteria of the program when necessary. In consultation with senior staff, he/she will develop a strategy to meet the program’s targets. She/he needs to be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and community-driven to take on this role.
