Concern Worldwide is requesting for team building activities for a team of 20 people to improve team bonding, communication and motivate the team in working together.

• Location: Lebanon
• The activities will be for a team of 20 people, from different ages, domains and nationalities.
• Offer to include multiple outdoor/indoor team building activities.
• Outdoor activities to make the team members get to know each other better, increase trust between them and boost the performance as a team.
• Indoor activities to include activities aiming to improve team’s communication skills and presentation skills, as a large part of the team is responsible for giving awareness sessions to different type of audiences (children, teenagers and adults).
• Activities to promote leadership, flexibility to change, problem solving, decision making and advocacy skills.
• Activities to help manage the stress in humanitarian aid work.
• Activities should promote teamwork, encourage positive communication and bonding between staff and increase collaboration and creativity.
• After completing team building activities together, the employees should be able to better understand each other's strengths, weaknesses, and interests. This understanding helps them work even better together on future progress vital to any organization.
• Applicants are requested to provide a quotation for the cost of the activities for the whole team, attached with a separate quotation for accommodation if activities were to be done outside of Akkar and T5 area for more than 1 day.
