Norwegian People’s Aid (NPA) is a humanitarian and development organization rooted in the Norwegian Labour Movement.
The main objective is to evaluate the achievements and the performance of the project’s activities being implemented, as compared to the project document and targets with a strong focus on results. The consultant will undertake a detailed survey to collect values and assess immediate outputs and outcomes. This assignment will assess the effectiveness of the project on both output and outcome levels and will evaluate the impact of the project on a beneficiary’s level.

The objective is to support NPA in strengthening its information, digital, and cybersecurity in order to achieve programme goals. This will be done by assessing current practices and protocols/policies and developing protocols that define, integrate, and provide a comprehensive information system architecture for the programme. The consultancy will also develop cybersecurity protocols to ensure secure online communication channels and remote implementation of activities by the NPA Regional department.

Under the Livelihood sector, MS has been pioneering in supporting local development through enhancing the community engagement of vulnerable population.

The Forum is an independent entity composed of local NGOs operating in Lebanon. The
objective is to facilitate the coordination between local NGOs and other relevant stakeholders to
have an efficient response to the humanitarian and development needs in the country. The
coordination role of LHDF entails building consensus among relevant local and national NGOs
in Lebanon and actively facilitating cooperation among them, with public entities, donors,
international community, and persons of concern.
