World Vision Lebanon Call For Tender - Contractor For Child Protecion Community Events Akkar

World Vision Lebanon is looking for a professional Expert/company or animation group to deliver two main components under the Child Protection Umbrella: Family Day targeting children participating in WV PSS program and their parents whereby children, mothers, fathers, sisters and brothers are invited to attend and participate and a Child Labor Play.

The community events will be split under two main components:

Component 1 : Child Protection Family Day

- At the beginning of the event, a family photo will be taken for each family.

- During the event key messages on Child protection focusing on Child Right and Child Labor will be disseminated through interactive games, learning stations and animation

- At the End of the event a quality information play for children and caregivers attending the event will be performed. The key messages to be developed and delivered through the play aim to increase awareness about Children involved in Worst Forms of Child Labor. How those children can be protected from violence, exploitation and abuse. The show will be followed by a 1 0minutes discussion about the topics highlighted in the play

The events will be held in four different locations in Akkar Area on different days. Events will be performed with audiences primarily aged 6 to 12 years old and their caregivers. The duration of the event will be around 3 hours. It will take place starting April 2017 and End of June 2017 and will reach around 150 - 200 people per event. (In total 4 events)

Component 2: Play Performances

The same Child Labor play that was performed during the Child Protection Family Day will be performed with wider community, in informal tented settlement (ITSs) targeting children aged 6 to 12 years old and their caregivers. The total target beneficiaries will be around 2000 people with duration of 1-hour performance. It will be facilitated in 8 locations in Akkar Area.
