The main purpose of the Consultant is to ensure effective assistance services to persons with hearing impairments. This includes: (i) Assisting Project team in planning operational interventions, (ii) supporting in identification and capacity assessment of service providers; (iii) assessment of applicants’ needs; (iv) appropriate fitting, quality and appropriateness of fitted hearing aids, and parental guidance and counseling; (v) appropriate initiation to speech therapy, if needed; (vi) post-fitting control and quality assurance; and follow-up.

The Officer will be in charge of the monitoring and evaluation of Project activities, and leveraging M&E to advance accountability and learning
