WRF will be recruiting a Project “PROJECT REFERRALS FOCAL PERSON AND COMMUNICATION OFFICER” (RFPCO) within the framework of a Project titled “Filling Assistance Gaps in Basic Rehabilitation Services for Syrian Refugees with Disabilities and their Peers in Host Communities in Lebanon”, for a duration that ends on September 29, 2024. The RFPCO will (i) lead efforts to upgrade and enhance the Project's referral systems and related processes; and (ii) develop and upgrade the Project's communication strategy and plan, and enhance the communication-related capabilities of the Project Team.

WRF is offering an opportunity for an experienced evaluator to conduct an “External Impact Evaluation” of the project “Filling Assistance Gaps in Basic Rehabilitation Services for Syrian Refugees with Disabilities and their Peers in Host Communities in Lebanon”. Funded by the US Department of State's Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration, this project will continue through September 2024. It aims to address the specific needs of persons with disabilities by filling gaps in rehabilitation services. The evaluation is crucial in assessing the project's progress, outcomes, and impact.

WRF will be recruiting a Project “Accounting & Finance Support Officer” within the framework of a Project titled “Filling Assistance Gaps in Basic Rehabilitation Services for Syrian Refugees with Disabilities and their Peers in Host Communities in Lebanon”, for a duration that ends on September 29, 2024, to provide general accounting support to Project management by managing daily accounting tasks, supporting in financial management, preparing financial statements, and reporting on a regular and as needed basis.

WRF will be recruiting a Regional Focal Point / South Lebanon (RFP/SL) for its project titled “Filling Assistance Gaps in Basic Rehabilitation Services for Refugees from Syria With Disabilities and Their Peers in Host Communities in Lebanon” to lead and facilitate Project implementation at the community level and to liaise with community partners, stakeholders and beneficiaries in the various regions of South Lebanon

The "Administrative Support Officer (ASO)" will provide assistance to the Operations Director and the Administrative and Operations Officer (AOO). This includes:
- Assisting with the processing of beneficiaries' data and information using the KOBO platform or other data collection tools.
- Supporting in the preparation of beneficiaries' files for decision-making.
- Providing administrative support as needed.
- Supporting the implementation of the referral system
- Assisting in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) activities.
- Assisting in office management task

A. ORGANIZATION AND PROJECT BACKGROUND

The World Rehabilitation Fund, Inc. (WRF) is an international humanitarian non-profit organization headquartered in New York with a mission “To enable individuals around the world with functional limitations and participation restrictions achieve community and social integration through physical and socioeconomic rehabilitation and advocacy and to prevent disability and reduce disadvantage”.

ADMINISTRATIVE AND OPERATIONS SUPPORT OFFICER (AOSO)

The Project’s Accountant (PA) will provide general accounting support to the Project management by performing daily accounting tasks and preparing financial statements and supporting in regular and as needed auditing and financial reporting.

The main purpose of the Consultant is to ensure effective assistance services to persons with hearing impairments. This includes: (i) Assisting Project team in planning operational interventions, (ii) supporting in identification and capacity assessment of service providers; (iii) assessment of applicants’ needs; (iv) appropriate fitting, quality and appropriateness of fitted hearing aids, and parental guidance and counseling; (v) appropriate initiation to speech therapy, if needed; (vi) post-fitting control and quality assurance; and follow-up.
