The Finance Officer is responsible for day-to-day data processing and financial end month closure while keeping in line with UPEL policies, procedures and donor requirements. This position also requires close working relationship with Programs, Admin and Human resource staff and Support in developing of Financial Manual to set UPEL’s financial policies and procedures to enable the efficient, transparent and accountable running of the organization.
REPORTS TO: Operations Manager

The Data Entry Clerk will support UPEL staff in the six UPEL offices (Beirut, Baabda, Tripoli, Zahle, Saida, and Nabatieh) to enter data into a database for effective record keeping.

The Human Resources Officer is responsible for developing and implementing personnel policies and employment practices within the organization. 

It will be necessary to liaise with all UPEL field offices and the Child Protection Project Coordinator on a regular basis, as well as liaise with board members and local authorities when and as needed with the guidance of the Operations Manager.

UPEL is looking for an Operations Manager who will play a vital role overseeing the correct implementation of the programs, the appropriate compliance with donor requirements including donor reporting, and is responsible for developing and implementing a fundraising strategy. The Operations Manager will directly supervise 1Project Coordinator, 1 HR Officer, and 1 Finance Officer and will oversee the overall work of UPEL ensuring proper implementation of Child Protection principles.
