Tahaddi operates 3 community-based centers (focused on non-formal education, psychosocial support and health). In addition, it runs an income-generating sewing workshop.

Tahaddi Lebanon is currently recruiting an Executive Director to lead the organization. The ED should be a visionary who is committed to social justice with proven experience in managing the complex operations of a busy service-oriented organization. The ED will lead through example and demonstrate commitment and adherence to Tahaddi’s core values of justice, integrity and compassion. The ED should be comfortable working with a diverse team and a range of partners including faith-based foundations, bi-lateral and UN agencies. The position is based within Hay el-Gharbeh.
