SONBOLA Group for Education & Development (SONBOLA) is a startup grassroots NGO that focuses on delivering educational programs, specifically to fill the gaps of Syria’s education crisis and address the education of Syrian refugee children and youth, with a special focus on quality and sustainability.
Sonbola has three main programs: Taleem, Tamkeen, and Tadreeb. These programs focus on Non-Formal Education (NFE), support for Formal Education, and building the capacity and professionally empowering Syrian educators.

SONBOLA Group for Education & Development (SONBOLA) is a startup grassroots NGO that focuses on delivering educational programs, specifically to fill the gaps of Syria’s education crisis and address the education of Syrian refugee children and youth, with a special focus on quality and sustainability.

SONBOLA is currently seeking hard-working and committed applicants for the position of a full-time Junior Accountant.

The Junior Accountant’s primary responsibility is to assist the Senior Accountant with accounting transactions and financial processing at our Learning Center in Bekaa.

SONBOLA Group for Education & Development (SONBOLA) is a grassroots apolitical NGO that started piloting its educational programs in Spring 2014 in the Bekaa Valley, Lebanon. It was officially launched in Fall 2014 and acquired its official registration in October 2015 in Lebanon. It is also in the process of getting registered as 501/C3 NGO in the United States of America.
