The Lebanon Enterprise and Employment Programme (LEEP) is an innovative programme supporting Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to help grow their business and increase employment by providing funding and Business Development Services (BDS).

LEEP partners with banks, financial institutions and BDS providers to enhance SMEs’ access to finance, stimulate growth-oriented financing and provide them with quality Business Development Services.

The LEEP programme is funded with UK aid from the British people and implemented by Palladium.

The DFID-funded Lebanon Enterprise and Employment Programme (LEEP) in Lebanon supports SMEs to grow their business and create sustained jobs for low-skilled Lebanese workers as well as temporary jobs for Syrian workers.
