Under the guidance of the Oxfam Lebanon Governance Programme Manager, provide technical support and tools to Oxfam Lebanon’s programmes, ensuring effective, coordinated MEAL systems to drive programme quality and implementation. The MEAL Officer will support the development and implementation of a systematic approach to MEAL, ensuring that Oxfam and partner teams are able to effectively track outputs and outcomes and manage data effectively for reporting and learning purposes, as well as ensure programmes are in line with Oxfam minimum standards, and are learning from program evidence.

Social Protection Policy Advisor will closely work with the CAMEALEON and OiL Team. The role sits at the interface between research and advocacy. He/She is responsible for pillar 3 of CAMEALEON activities related to knowledge-sharing and learning activities in Lebanon and internationally. He/She will use CAMEALEON research and evidence to inform an advocacy plan to influence universal, rights-based, inclusive, integrated social protection systems for poor Lebanese and vulnerable refugees in Lebanon.

Supporting the WEAM Consortium Coordinator in managing the day-to-day financial matters and operational services, including maintaining accurate financial records and reports as per Oxfam’s standard procedures and systems, for timely delivery of key support activities and services to the programme.
