The Education Coordinator will be responsible for the vision, strategy, design, implementation and management of Education Program for ODA. She/He will play a critical role in increasing the capacity of local staff to support teacher training, and activities, and monitoring of community projects. The Education Coordinator will work collaboratively with the ODA Project Manager, other technical coordinator, operations team and the finance team. The Education Coordinator will be report to the Education Project Manager and will be based in North with frequent visits to the field sites

Under the responsibility of the Education Coordinator, and in close collaboration with the outreach team and Education team, the Inclusion Officer is responsible to:
• Mainstream inclusion across the project and ensure inclusive ODA both internally and externally in line with the ODA Inclusion Strategy
• Provide capacity building, services and supplies to support children with special needs to enrol in formal education and non-formal education

The Education field officer will work with the education team to support out of school children in ITS and Collective Shelters through assessing needs, assisting in designing and facilitating activities, and reach out to community members through field visits.
The Education field officer position will be responsible for the day to day running of the activities in cooperate with the center supervisor

DESCRIPTION:
The Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning (MEAL) Officer will support ensuring quality and accountability standards are integrated into ODA programming. The MEAL Officer will have a key role in promoting use of MEAL systems to ensure that our program staff and strategies are:
Facilitating the gathering of evidence-based knowledge on the positive and negative impact that the program is having over the communities we work with
Receiving regular, timely and context-specific, meaningful feedback from our staff, partners, program participants

OBJECTIVE:
The overall role of the Information Management Officer (IMO) is to ensure that information required to support humanitarian operations is collected, organized and distributed to all stakeholders.
Database building and maintenance are furthermore among typical IMO tasks
To facilitate the effective and efficient operation of the information management systems, by; utilizing best practice, innovation and technical expertise in all areas of information management and driving the use of the electronic document management system across the organization.

The Education Project Manager will be based in North and will manage the implementation of the education programming across North Lebanon. The Project Manager is expected to lead on overall Project delivery, budget management, staff and team management (including recruitment), partnership management, inter-agency and local government representation.
The Project Manager will be responsible for the identification of sectorial needs in North Lebanon, and will contribute to proposal and strategy development, and ensure that Education programming are implemented in a timely manner.

OBJECTIVE:
The Education center supervisor is responsible for facilitating the project’s implementation, monitoring the Project Curriculum implementation, handling Staff Development, ensuring the children’s safety and protection, and handle tracking, reporting on activities and filing.
