Being the tangible expression of the Christian presence in the region since its founding in 1974, the Middle East Council of Churches has a vacancy for a Partnership Development Officer.

The purpose of the position is to facilitate and ensure improved joint action in forms of funding, programming and policy development, and better coordination and information sharing amongst members as well as with key external stakeholders.
The ACT Syria Coordinator will report to the ACT Syria Forum, represented by its Convener. The ACT Syria Coordinator will be expected to carry out her/his duties for the forum in close consultation with the Forum and its members and in accordance with agreed plans of the forum and emergency appeal.
