The HR Coordinator’s responsibility is to ensure the timely and efficient recruitment of employees for Mercy Corps Lebanon, while abiding by Mercy Corps Lebanon’s internal rules and regulations. Moreover, the HR Coordinator acts as the focal person for the onboarding of the new joiners whereby, he/she ensures that all team members adhere to MC Lebanon policies & Procedures including the policies of the Code of Conduct and the Safeguarding.

The Program Manager will be based in Beirut and reporting to the Director of Programs. The person will bring a strong and evidenced understanding of and background in market systems development, private sector engagement/facilitation, and the agricultural sector in Lebanon. They will demonstrate a keen understanding of the current Lebanese context and its challenges, while constantly pushing to adapt and innovate.

The cash assistance MEL Coordinator will oversee the development, implementation and quality assurance of all SAFER program’s Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) activities. This will include ensuring the quality of the program’s MEL activities, information management via the programs reporting system (which may be tied with Mercy Corps’ proprietary TOLA systems), and geographic information systems (GIS), where applicable.

The Research and Knowledge Management Coordinator is a key member of the BASATINE consortium, overseeing research and learning activities across the program’s outcomes. Working closely with the Consortium MERL Manager (Mercy Corps) and the Consortium Coordinator (CARE), the Research and Knowledge Management Coordinator will oversee the consortium’s research and learning agenda, identifying gaps in knowledge in agriculture, social stability, gender, and market systems to support the development of ongoing research and learning efforts and to help design two research projects.

We are seeking to hire daily workers for field distributions/ data collection services. The services include on-site distributions and conducting on-the-phone data collection with emergency response program beneficiaries and data entry activities when needed. The data collectors will work closely with Mercy Corps’ emergency team.
