The driver will provide safe, transport services for MC program and support staff in the described AOR (Area of Responsibility). The driver will adhere to all traffic and MC safety rules and follow the transport guidelines required by the MC transport department.

The Human Resources Officer’s main role is to ensure the proper and timely implementation of Mercy Corps Lebanon’s standards and policies for Human Resource Management of staff. S/he provides support in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, staff administration, and performance monitoring.

The Grants Manager will support the program department as the point person for communicating Mercy Corps humanitarian activities through donor reports. This includes collation of information from each operational department into concise and clear narratives, supported by statistical evidence and case studies. The Grants Manager must develop and possess an understanding of compliance and reporting format requirements for each donor and communicate those to program teams as needed.

The MEL Officer is expected to contribute to the quality assurance of program implementation. He/She will contribute to the monitoring and evaluation functions related to tracking project progress and quality, collecting useful, timely, and actionable information for management, and contributing to the frequent review, reflection, and key learning process to improve performance

The cash assistance MEL Coordinator will oversee the development, implementation and quality assurance of all SAFER program’s Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) activities. This will include ensuring the quality of the program’s MEL activities, information management via the programs reporting system (which may be tied with Mercy Corps’ proprietary TOLA systems), and geographic information systems (GIS), where applicable
