Overall Responsibility

Under the supervision of Head of Programmes, Senior Humanitarian Programme Officer (SHPO) will be responsible to design, manage and implement emergency and seasonal projects across Lebanon such as Ramadan, Qurbani, Winterization and Emergency response.

Under the supervision of Project Engineer, Project Engineer Assistant is responsible to contribute in the project planning, specifically in the technical aspects, implementing, and monitoring the different activities, with daily field supervision mainly in the WaSH and shelter programmes, following up and supervising with the counterparties.
The programmes to be implemented, all over Lebanon, can include, but not limited to, water supply networks, water pumping, solar water pumping, rehabilitation, shelter and WASH in ISs, etc.

Islamic Relief Lebanon is implementing orphan sponsorship, Child Welfare, and child protection projects in Lebanon, Therefore we are seeking a potential Child Welfare Coordinator who will lead the team of Orphan and Child Welfare to effectively to implement the program as per the guidelines of Islamic Relief Worldwide.

Media volunteer will assist our media team in covering our activities:

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Capture and edit humanitarian high quality photos and videos to document projects and ensure full coverage of activities and processes in

coordination with the operating sectors and according to donors’ requirements.

Aware about humanitarian style of covering the activities and distribution and stay on field with team to finish the distribution

Produce high quality video stories, interviews with beneficiaries, ads, and documentarie

the volunteer will be supporting the humanitarian team in distributing and MEAL team in data collection.

To ensure security and safety arrangements are in place of Islamic Relief Lebanon’s staff, offices and premises as well as ensure smooth access of IRL’s operations. Security & Logistic assistant must have specific responsibility for the day-to-day security and safety management of IR Personnel, and their eligible dependents, and official authorized visitors to the Field Office. Assisting the Logistics department in doing the overall logistic operations including procurement, shipment, transportation, distribution, fleet, and maintenance, in addition to archiving and office work.

• Support the team in mapping and assessing children to attend PSS activities.

Under the supervision of Head of Program, to provide technical leadership and quality control in the management, design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the Water, sanitation and hygiene promotion projects in different governorates of Lebanon. To design WASH infrastructure that is appropriate for IRL strategy under the WASH programme as the situation evolves.
