Tender Notice: RFQ For establishment of Frame Agreements for Food Parcels / Canned Food Parcels

PUBLIC ADVERTISEMENT – TENDER  NOTICE

IFRC would like to invite reputed, qualified suppliers and manufacturers, who are duly registered with either the Syrian Arab Republic, Lebanese Republic or The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, to make a firm offer for the establishment of a one + one year Frame Agreement(s) for the supply and delivery of:

(a) FOOD PARCELS, and/or;

(b) CANNED FOOD PARCELS

to IFRC/Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC) operations in the Syrian Arab Republic, and other operations/missions/location if required.

Tender documents can be requested until 10 May 2018 by e-mail from [email protected]

Upon receipt of request for tender documents you will be requested to fill out a IFRC Supplier Registration Form which need to be returned by 14 May 2018. Upon receipt of the IFRC registration form tender documents can be shared.   

Deadline for submission of offer: Thursday 24 May 2018, 23:59 CEST

Offer should be submitted in English language.

IFRC reserves the right to accept the whole or part of your offer and the lowest evaluated bid need not be accepted.
