Aim:
The Protection Officer is responsible of the implementation of I’mpossible’s protection policies, mechanisms and initiatives to ensure timely identification, service planning and provision to affected persons. The position will promote protection risk assessments, do no harm, and effective referral systems in collaboration with other actors.

Aim:
Under the supervision of the project coordinator, the field Assistant will support in implementing, coordinating, and monitoring the project's activities on the ground.

The Roving Social Worker plays a pivotal role in coordinating delivered care and support to clients benefiting from multiple protection and health interventions mainly addressed to women and girls at risk of or survivors of gender-based violence (GBV) in different locations in Akkar. She also assesses available social resources and stressors and works on addressing them. Referrals and case management also fall within the scope of their work.

A Registered Midwife (RMW) is recognized as a responsible and accountable healthcare professional who works in partnership with women to provide them with personalized and respectful sexual and reproductive health (SRH) care. The licensed midwife provides health care and education to women and carries out necessary tasks and activities to maintain maternal and child health.

Working under the supervision of the Protection Officer, the Community Mobilizer leads all outreach, risk mitigation and community mobilization efforts as part of the Mobile Team. Core activities include dissemination of information, assessment of risks faced by women and girls in the targeted communities and development of response strategies, capacity building of community members.

The Awareness Experts are responsible for cooperating together to design, develop,, and conduct effective and inclusive awareness campaigns (sessions and materials) targeting adolescent girls, women in menstrual age, and men. The objective of these campaigns is to empower the ladies in managing their menstrual health, reaching initiatives related to health and hygiene, and taking active part in de-stigmatization within their communities. This will lead to a shift in attitudes allowing more open conversations without shame and gender discrimination.

In pursuit of our commitment to advance Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) and empower communities with essential knowledge, I’m Possible is seeking the services of a dedicated SRHR Trainer Expert. This expert will be well-versed in the latest developments and best practices in SRHR education, advocacy, and programming. They should demonstrate the ability to design and deliver comprehensive SRHR training modules that cater to diverse audiences ranging from teachers to parents and students. Moreover, the candidate should have expert skills in giving dynamic and engaging training.
