The Caseworker will be responsible for the implementation of the Comprehensive Protection Case Management for persons at Heightened risks. The Case Worker will be supervised by the protection officer to ensure qualitative and effective case management.

The roving clinical psychologist will be responsible for the provision of mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS) services as well as providing psychological assessment and psychotherapy to I’m Possible clients consisting mainly of women and girls survivors of or at risk of gender-based violence (GBV) in the different program locations in Akkar. In addition, they will coordinate with other protection and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and holistic intervention.

The Access to Justice consultant will be responsible for conducting legal information sessions and provide direct legal assistance to clients at various sites including the Women and Girls Safe Spaces (WGSS) and mobile safe spaces. In addition, the consultant will conduct field visits according to shared schedules to provide consistent follow-up with clients as needed and will work with com-munity leaders to support advocacy at the community level and engage in mediation and negotia-tion as needed.

Aim:
The Protection Officer is responsible of the implementation of I’mpossible’s protection policies, mechanisms and initiatives to ensure timely identification, service planning and provision to affected persons. The position will promote protection risk assessments, do no harm, and effective referral systems in collaboration with other actors.

Aim:
Under the supervision of the project coordinator, the field Assistant will support in implementing, coordinating, and monitoring the project's activities on the ground.

The Roving Social Worker plays a pivotal role in coordinating delivered care and support to clients benefiting from multiple protection and health interventions mainly addressed to women and girls at risk of or survivors of gender-based violence (GBV) in different locations in Akkar. She also assesses available social resources and stressors and works on addressing them. Referrals and case management also fall within the scope of their work.

A Registered Midwife (RMW) is recognized as a responsible and accountable healthcare professional who works in partnership with women to provide them with personalized and respectful sexual and reproductive health (SRH) care. The licensed midwife provides health care and education to women and carries out necessary tasks and activities to maintain maternal and child health.

Working under the supervision of the Protection Officer, the Community Mobilizer leads all outreach, risk mitigation and community mobilization efforts as part of the Mobile Team. Core activities include dissemination of information, assessment of risks faced by women and girls in the targeted communities and development of response strategies, capacity building of community members.
