The Organizational Outreach Coordinator will be part of a team responsible for building partnerships and connections with multiple human rights, humanitarian, and development actors to increase detection and monitoring activities and to expand the network of partners that Helem is building to provide comprehensive and inclusive service provision. Their tasks also include informing and contributing to regular human rights violations reports including Helem’s annual LGBTIQ+ Rights Violations Report and conduct comparative analysis for multiple partners in Lebanon and internationally.

The Policy Consultant will play a vital role in developing and updating existing and writing new policies on various critical topics, including Anti-Fraud and Corruption, Conflict of Interest, PSEA (Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse), Whistleblowing and Integrity, and Accountability for Affected Populations. The policy Consultant will contribute to ensuring Helem operates with the highest standards of ethics, transparency, and accountability.

The main task of the survey officer is to gather data to be used in a study investigating
the potential economic and social benefits and effects of decriminalizing same-sex
relationships under Lebanese law. The survey officer will lead the entire data
collection and documentation process. All information must be gathered over the
phone or in person with a population sample up to 300 individuals.
