We are seeking a Policy Consultant with expertise in Governance and Development to enhance Helem’s strategies and operations. This role involves analyzing current governance structures, developing policy recommendations, and suggesting implementing development projects that support and advance LGBTQIA+ rights.

We are looking for a Policy Consultant specializing in Security to ensure the safety and security of our community members, staff, and organizational assets. This consultant will develop comprehensive security policies and procedures.

We are looking for a Group Counselor/Therapist to moderate 12 support group sessions for family members of LGBTQI+ individuals. This initiative is designed to help them:
- Gain information about SOGIESC from medical, social, cultural, and religious perspectives.
- Engage with other parents and relatives of LGBTQ* individuals to exchange experiences, discuss concerns, and overcome challenges.
- Receive guidance and advice for stronger and healthier relationships with their LGBTQI+ loved ones.

Helem is currently in search of proposals from experienced video production studios/teams to spearhead the production of its annual campaign. This campaign endeavors to amplify awareness regarding the challenges confronting the LGBTQ+ community. The chosen studio will be responsible for the ideation, conceptualization, scripting, and execution of all audiovisual materials for the campaign.
