The Digital Media Officer is a dedicated team member who will create content for social media and assist the Head of Communications. He will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing all GNFF digital products including social media platforms, e-newsletters, e-cards, e-brochures, website, digital ads, short videos, as well as all other offline tools such as reports, presentations, publications, booklets, proposals, brochures, invitations, and others.

The Graphic Designer will work on revisiting the visual identity and designing the offline and online communication of GNFF. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing all GNFF digital products including social media platforms, e-newsletters, e-cards, e-brochures, website, digital ads, short videos, as well as all other offline tools such as reports, presentation, publications, booklets, proposals, brochures, invitations, and others. The Designer will as well be responsible of managing GNFF’s digital presence on all the current and upcoming platforms.

GNFF is seeking for a Head of Programs' Assistant who can provide support and creates balance in the time and scope of all tasks asked for.

The social media coordinator will work on creating and coordinating content for the Georges N. Frem Foundation’s different platforms as well as the different program’s own platforms, under direct supervision by the Communication Director.

The social media and marketing coordinator will also support the team and CEO in researching and benchmarking efforts of other similar foundations and organizations and programs; and in identifying key stakeholders and actors in the ecosystem for the development and enhancement of the foundation’s database of contacts.

GNFF is looking for an experienced and ambitious Mid-level Agricultural Engineer to help the anticipated 4-year AFD-funded BASATINE Project (Bolstering Agriculture Systems’ Ability to Invest, Nourish, and Employ). This project aims to immediately address food insecurity and provide needed income and technical support to farmers to survive this tumultuous time, as well improve the capacity of food systems to maintain employment and growth in the longer term via stronger domestic production and system linkages.

The administrative assistant is responsible for supporting the Officer Manager closely to ensure the smooth running of their office. Therefore, administrative assistants must be flexible, organized, and perform various tasks depending on what is needed and related to assisting in the day-to-day tasks such as scheduling appointments, writing correspondences and answering phones.
Responsible of the right implementation of all HR practices and procedures within Georges N. Frem Foundation. Coordinate and manage various human resources activities.
