Program Assistant, Intern

If you are sensitive to the rights of the women migrant domestic workers, are keen to work hard to help ensure workers have decent working and living conditions, AND know how to engage with employers, then Equip Center is the right place for you. 

This job opportunity is an internship were we want it to be a win-win situation for both you and us. We are a small intimate team that works really hard and have our hands covered. A typical day would be meeting at the Koospace a cowroking space in Baabda, were we kickstart with a meeting, discuss what clients we are building rapport with, set up meetings and service provisions with migrant community leaders, employers and workers, find new funding opportunities, and plan fun day off outings for workers. 

This current internship will be to lend support to the director and program developer. There is room to help in planning fun activites for workers, partnering with organizations to build new services, attending meetings with other active NGOs, and much more.
