Equip is a young and aspiring social enterprise that aims to build ethical employment relationships between employers and domestic workers in Lebanon. 

The project ‘Equip’, aims to position itself as a resourceful center that provides ethical and practical information and guidance to employers, on how to have ethical employment relationships. To incentivize and encourage employers to trust in Equip (since this is a new idea/approach), Equip offers needs-based services that will attract and benefit the employer, the worker, and thus the overall employment relationship. 

Once we have access to the live-in DW we can then learn about her working and living conditions, help her find solutions, negotiate with the employer, and finally provide her with opportunities to develop her personal and professional skills.
