The Foundation for Arab Music Archiving and Research (AMAR) is seeking a dynamic Director to provide leadership to strengthen its organizational planning and program development. AMAR was established in August 2009 in the Qurnet El-Hamra Village, Metn District, Lebanon. AMAR is committed to the preservation and dissemination of traditional Arab music. Its archive features key musicians and their performance practices representative of the “Nahda” era.
