The Forum for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities is a non-governmental organization that operates as an independent living for persons with disabilities. The organization's work consist of the provision of a better life for persons with disabilities and their inclusion in society. Its board and general assembly are composed of a majority of persons with disabilities.

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for the effective planning, management and monitoring of all project activities with the full supervision of the PM. The Project Coordinator will be responsible to complete all expected deliverables. The PC will also have a supervisory role by leading the rest of the project team.

The Social Worker will play a fundamental role in all field activities. The incumbent will greatly contribute to the implementing of activities that have direct contact with participants. She/He will also provide extensive support in the outreach, counseling and referrals. She/He will be an essential source of information and will collect field deliverables that will contribute to monitoring reports and evaluation.

Key Role:

Under the guidance and direct supervision of the Project Manager, the incumbent contributes to an effective and efficient implementation of project through a range of actions contributing to the design, planning, management and monitoring of project activities.

The Project Officer works in close collaboration with the Project Manager as well as the team in the Office for effective achievement of results.
The incumbent is expected to exercise full compliance with LHF programming, financial, procurement and administrative rules, regulations, policies and strategies.

FHNL’s a non-governmental organization that operates as an independent living for persons with disability. The organization's work consist on the provision of a better life of persons with disability and their inclusion in society. Its board and general assembly are composed of a majority of persons with disability. It is a member of the Lebanese Council of Disabled People. FHNL's implements many programs including health, educational, vocational, transport, sport, theatre, music, and scout, and job creation scheme.

General objective of the job – Center Coordinator

The Center Coordinator ensures that all activities are implemented in compliance with War Child and The Forum for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities policies and work plan.

Position in the organisation

The Center Coordinator is part of the FoH’s team. They report to the Head of FoH in order to ensure smooth and quality implementation

Role Description:
Identifying the cases at high risk, interviewing them, assessing the risk level, elaborating and developing an action plan.
Monitor and evaluate the action taking.
The case manager will do home and field visits when necessary, refers to specialized partners.
