Mission principale et position dans la structure
Rattaché(e) à la responsable Marketing de l’ESA Business School, vous assistez et accompagnez le département Marketing et Communication dans son fonctionnement quotidien et dans de multiples dimensions. Le poste est basé à l’ESA Business School, 289 rue Clemenceau à Beyrouth.

POSITION DANS LA STRUCTURE
Ce poste est placé sous l’autorité de la directrice de la fondation.

Mission principale et position dans la structure
Rattaché(e) à la Direction de la Communication de l’ESA, le chargé des évènements a pour mission principale de planifier, organiser et coordonner l'ensemble des événements de l'ESA Business School, en veillant à la qualité, à la cohérence et à l'efficacité des manifestations.
Poste à temps plein basé à l’ESA business school, 289 rue Clémenceau à Beyrouth.

MISSION
- Assurer la gestion administrative des programmes
- Assurer la relation avec les clients internes et externes liés au programme (intervenants, étudiants, écoles partenaires, …)

POSITION DANS LA STRUCTURE
Le Responsable de programme dépend hiérarchiquement du Responsable de département, auquel il rend compte de ses activités régulières. De par ses fonctions, il travaille en étroite relation avec l’équipe pédagogique du département d’une part et avec l’unité marketing et communication ainsi que comptabilité d’autre part.

MISSION
Appuyer la responsable des admissions dans la promotion des programmes et dans le recrutement et le suivi des candidats.

POSITION DANS LA STRUCTURE
Le (la) coordinateur(trice) des admissions est placé(e) sous l’autorité de la responsable des admissions

The Governance and projects management coordinator (heading the governance and projects management unit) works on developing and mainstreaming mental health policies
at 1) Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) Task Force, 2) inter-sectorial and 3) inter-ministerial levels through the development of strategies and plans, the coordination of the MHPSS Task Force, the development of inter-sectorial collaborations including the formalization of inter-ministerial collaboration and other activities.
In addition to that, the coordinator has a role in overseeing non-research projects
