The Internship Program Officer will be responsible for developing new internship programs or improving existing ones. This might include creating job descriptions, establishing eligibility requirements, setting standards for performance evaluation, linking internship opportunities with jobs in the market, etc. In addition, the selected candidate will be responsible for securing internship opportunities for the set target of beneficiaries/trainees, and establishing Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) to foster long-term relationships with employers.

As a part-time Communication Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic communication plans & strategies, managing media relations, producing highly engaging content, and coordinating communication activities to enhance the visibility and impact of our organization. You will work closely with internal teams and external concerned stakeholders to ensure effective communication and messaging aligned with our mission and goals.

Support the business development of the DOT Lebanon programs through regular communication with all the DOT Lebanon departments as well as DOT Lebanon partners and the donor community. He/she acts as a key person to the development of business opportunities by drafting concept notes and proposals.

Develop and implement the communications strategy, as well as provide input to the design, management and implementation of the DOT Lebanon communications and publication strategies. Promote public and media outreach to optimize the communication efficiency.

Facilitate and organize training:
Facilitate training on Mobile Applications, Robotics, and Artificial Intelligence.
Support the entire application lifecycle in mobile application training (concept, design, test, release, and support)
Produce fully functional mobile applications.
Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance
Field of experience: Robotics, Mobile Applications, CISCO, AI

To ensure all of the necessary deliverables for a project are completed and handed over on time and on budget. He/She is responsible for making sure the project aligns with business goals.
To lead and manage the planning, implementation and monitoring of DOT Lebanon’s Digital Transformation initiatives with municipalities and CBOs. 
To supervise and evaluate strategies, work plans and capacity building plans design, conception and implementation.
