The Senior Business Development and Quality Assurance (BDQA) Officer will act as a key person to the development of business opportunities by preparing concept notes and proposals. He/She will have regular communication with all the DOT Lebanon departments as well as DOT Lebanon partners and the donor community. Furthermore, he/she will actively explore opportunities for new projects and funding sources while also ensuring the effective execution of ongoing projects.

The Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) Officer, under the BDQA's guidance, will oversee the effective implementation of DOTLebanon's projects. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing lessons learned from M&E findings and handle the Quality Assurance’s required tasks efficiently. He/She will handle M&E activities, report project progress regularly, maintain an online database, collect and analyze project-related collected data, and uphold the organization's overall deliverable quality.

The Employability Officer will play a crucial role in establishing linkages between DOTLebanon’s trained beneficiaries and employment and internships opportunities within the Non-Governmental Organizations and private sector nationally and internationally.
