Dar Al Amal Association in partnership with she leads program is looking to hire an Advocacy Trainer to conduct a workshop for 5 days, in she leads project, aiming to strengthening the capacity of its team in advocacy issues.
The advocacy trainer will be responsible of 5 days training and for the preparation of all the material and to deliver the final report.

At the end of the workshop, the participants will be able to identify and analyze, the advocacy concept and allow them to launch advocacy campaigns, using effective communication tools to convey the messages.

In Lebanon, the social and gender norms, the shrinking civic space, and the discriminatory laws contribute to upholding gender inequalities and discourage girls and women from speaking out.

HIV: “Sustainability of services for key population in MENA region” is a three-year multi country program that will be implemented by civil society organizations from Morocco, Jordan, Egypt, Lebanon and Tunisia and by regional networks. A range of contextual and structural barriers prevent KPs from accessing essential prevention, treatment and care services, these include stigma and discrimination, lack of enabling environment, conservative cultural and gender norms, social, legal and political barriers, insecurity, unrest and forced migration.
