The Digital Rights and Freedom of Expression Officer will be responsible for implementing a project that aims to advance the protection of human rights and freedom of expression in Lebanon. The project focuses on aligning Lebanon’s digital transformation with international standards, promoting media literacy, and providing integrated protection for at-risk human rights defenders (HRDs) and media workers.

The objective of this position is to support the EORE Officer in gathering and analysing data on communities affected by explosive ordnance (EO) to inform risk reduction efforts through four main key aspects: Support EORE Officer, Data Collection Assistance, Data Entry, and Reporting.

The EORE team member is responsible for developing and implementing EORE programs, conducting needs assessments and evaluations, and coordinating with other mine action pillars. The position requires a person with mid experience in coordination and planning at all levels of governance as well as proven experience of assessments, reporting, and analysis in relation to Explosive Ordnance Risk Education (EORE).

The Prolog Assistant will be based in Beirut, with frequent visits to South in particular Tyre.

Under the direction of the Procurement & Logistics Coordinator, the Pro/log Assistant will be responsible for supporting the team to adhere to all Logistics and Procurement management obligations internally within DCA. The Pro/log Assistant is responsible for providing support in managing the flow of goods and materials between suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses, and office. He/she works closely with other staff to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods

The Data clerk/Radio Operator assists the Operations Manager and Quality Assurance Officer and is responsible for providing a focus for all information, both externally and to, from and between DCA operational teams and departments.
