Closing date and time for submission of tenders All Tenders should be submitted no later than 30th of April 2015. الموعد النهائي ووقت تقديم المناقصات ينبغي تقديم جميع المناقصات في موعد أقصاه 30 نيسان 2015. Submission of tenders Tenders should be submitted at the Jarjoura centre, 2nd floor, Halba main road, Akkar-Lebanon and addressed to Mr. Ahmad El Halaby. تقديم المناقصات يجب توجيه المناقصات إلى السيد أحمد الحلبي وتقديمها في مركز جرجورة، الطابق الثاني، حلبا الطريق الرئيسي، عكار، لبنان. Timetable for provision This invitation to bid is for the provision of stationary. Guideline quantities for expected total orders to be placed over 12 months are listed in section 12. Multiple orders are expected to be made over the year. Total quantities of stationery ordered may be higher or lower than those listed in section 12. الجدول الزمني للتقديم هذه الدعوة للمناقصة هي لتوفير القرطاسية. الكميات التوجيهية لمجموع الطلبيات المتوقع أن توضع على مدى 12 شهرا مذكورة في القسم 12. الطلبيات سوف تتم على دفعات. مجموع كميات القرطاسية المطلوبة قد تكون أعلى أو أقل من تلك المدرجة في القسم 12. Language of offers All tenders should be received in English or in Arabic as a first language. لغة العروض يجب أن يتم استلام جميع المناقصات باللغة الإنجليزية. Period of validity of offers All bids must be valid for a minimum of thirty days from the tender submission date. مدة صلاحية العروض يجب أن تكون جميع العروض صالحة لمدة لا تقل عن ثلاثين يوماً من تاريخ تقديم المناقصة. The bid shall offer a clear pricing of different kind of items listed. Cost of delivery to Halba should be implemented. All Items should match the quality requested. Supplier should be able to deliver the needed quantity. The bids should be submitted in one sealed envelope containing the technical offer and the financial offer.
