Pre-Qualification Of Interested Companies For Civil Engineering, Building And Plumbing Works In Akkar

We wish to establish a pre-qualified list of contractors and we are inviting Lebanese registered companies and sole traders to submit tender bids for carrying out civil engineering, general building, plumbing, and waterproofing works in Akkar in response to the needs of the refugee and Lebanese hosting communities. These programmes are funded by UNHCR.

Statement of Works

Concern will be engaged in the following types of work.

Construction of Tented Settlements which includes civil works, general building and installation of washing and sanitation.

Construction of Collective Centers by completing unfinished buildings which includes general building with the installation of electrical, cooking, washing and sanitation facilities.

Maintenance of existing Collective Centre which includes electrical, plumbing and general maintenance duties.

Water and sanitation repair and maintenance contracts.

Interested contractors will be required to complete a technical questionnaire which can be obtained at Concern Worldwide, 2nd Floor, Jarjoura Centre, Halba Main Road, Halba – alternatively, you can request an electronic version from the following email address: [email protected]

Submission Instructions

Contractors should submit the completed technical questionnaire to Concern on or before Tuesday the 17th September 2013 by 3pm. Submissions can be emailed to the above email account, or handed in at the above address in a SEALED ENVELOPE.

All submissions should be labeled with the reference LBN092013/001.
