1. BASIC TASKS:

Gathering statistical information on elections in both Lebanon and around the world.
Creating and implementing surveys on reform topics in order to track the progress of reforms and their status in society. 
Interpreting data and utilizing in CCER activities and publications, for example the use of info graphics, media (films, exhibitions, newsletters, supplements) in coordination with the Media and Communication unit.
Producing periodic briefing papers for the local and international community.
Providing the necessary content to be used in the CCER application that can be used on mobile phones and that provides easy access to CCER’s most important online portals and latest news
To assist CCER’s coordinator in producing the needed narrative reports on CCER’s work.

2.ADMINSTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:

To Work under the direct supervision of the CCER coordinator.
To prepare periodic progress reports.
To create and to maintain a database, in coordination with other staff.

3. BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
A. Academic & Technical:

MA in Political Science or any related major
Excellent writing skills.
Good Knowledge of languages (Arabic, English, and French is a plus).
IT literacy in Word, Excel, e-mail, internet and PowerPoint. 

B. Personal skills:

A fair understanding of the Lebanese political context and electoral systems….
A basic Knowledge of the NGO sector.

Good presentation skills.
Innovative approach to the development of new materials.
