We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team on a part-time basis in support of the WASTE or RESOURCE project’s Environmental Awareness Campaign . As an intern, you will contribute to the project's awareness campaign activities, focusing on environmental impact, pollution reduction, and sustainable practices. The community engagement daily worker will support the implementation of education and child protection activities and namely of an education awareness campaign in Baalbek. The selected candidates will reach out to children and families, ensuring out-of-education and out-of-school children and children with learning difficulties and disabilities are reached. Candidates might be contacted at different stage of the project implementation, as the campaign is expected to take place during several time slots.

As the Project Manager, you will be at the helm of CESVI’s component of the project, overseeing administrative, programmatic, logistic, communications, and financial aspects. You will guide the team towards achieving program outputs, report to the consortium and relevant stakeholders within the CESVI team, and ensure compliance with CESVI and project quality requirements and standard operating procedures.

CESVI is an Italian secular and independent humanitarian organization, founded in Bergamo (Italy) in 1985 and operative in Lebanon since 2001. CESVI is active in the Livelihoods and Education sectors and operates in BML, South and Bekaa governorates.

The social worker will support the implementation of education and child protection activities in Beirut and Mount Lebanon, specifically Bourj Hammoud and Sin el Fiel. The selected candidate will be responsible for: Scheduling, planning, overseeing and personally assisting the transportation service in Bourj Hammoud/Sin El Fil/Badawi area, support in the implementation of Cash for Education activities, support in referrals of HHs to relevant services whenever necessary. This job vacancy is aimed towards a private technical consultant that will consult CESVI in relation to a data system that is to be produced with a programming provider. The consultancy includes scope, identification of the most suitable program developer, and setting the development KPIs & main outputs.   

CESVI has been active in Lebanon since 2001 in different areas: Bekaa, North, South, Nabatiyeh, Mount Lebanon and Beirut.

CESVI INGO works worldwide through various national offices coordinated by an Area Manager in the HQ (Bergamo – Italy), according to geographical distribution. CESVI INGO in Lebanon is responding to the spill over of the Syrian and economic crises with livelihood and education interventions in favor of Lebanese and refugee families in BML, South and Beqaa governorates.

Cesvi is looking for a student or a recently graduated youth in business administration or similar fields willing to receive an internship opportunity with Cesvi Lebanon administration department. The intern will be coordinated and supported by Cesvi Administration and Logistics Manager.
