As Senior Dialogue Facilitator and experienced Conflict Transformation Practitioner you will be part of our MENA team, work closely with and report to our Programme Directors.
Main tasks of the position include:- Develop, supervise and manage dialogue and CT projects in the MENA region
-Facilitate dialogue workshops for conflict stakeholders from the MENA region on political and security-related topics
-Provide political analysis as well as conceptual and strategic advice to the MENA programme and country-specific projects and to partners
-Prepare concept notes, project proposals and work reports (in collaboration with project managers)
-Provide guidance to project managers
-Liaise with donors and key partners
-Contribute to fundraising for dialogue and negotiation projects in the MENA region
