AFDAL III Project aims to improve competitiveness, quality and productivity of agricultural value chains while addressing immediate food consumption needs of vulnerable households.

The Project MEDARTSAL funded by the European Union under the ENI CBC Med Program under the Thematic objective A.1 BUSINESS AND SMES DEVELOPMENT.
ADR intends to apply part of the proceeds of this grant to payments under contract for the Provision of Financial Audit for the MEDARTSAL Project to ensure compliance of expenditures under the project with the domestic law as well as their compliance with the Program requirements and provisions of the grant contract.

ADR is seeking to hire a short-term Consultant who will work on “Definition of a Framework for Knowledge Mapping and Transferring Design” in the framework of the project “Sustainable Management Model for Mediterranean Artisanal Salinas” (MedArtSal) funded by the European Program ENI CBC MED 2014-2020.
MedArtSal Project aims to promote the sustainable development of the Artisanal Salinas, providing concrete support on economic, environmental and governance issues. The project implementation is done through a partnership between 8 partners from Italy, Lebanon, Spain and Tunisia.

Through a market-driven approach that builds sustainable linkages among value chain actors (including producers, processors, supplier and traders), CARE is leading AFDAL project funded by WFP through BMZ and implemented by CARE Lebanon, Fairtrade, ADR (Association for the Development of Rural Capacities), and IDRAK.
In the Framework of AFDAL Project, ADR is hiring market linkage consultant to work with selected Coops in the South (Houlla and Kfardounine Villages).
