AFE is seeking a mental health counselor to work with its national program in Lebanon "Tayf".

The Arab Foundation for Freedom’s and Equality (AFE) goal is to support the movement for sexual rights and protections across MENA. AFE broadens participation in sexual rights by investing heavily in grassroots civil society, building the capacity of nascent activists, groups and organizations, focusing on information sharing and security and protection.

The Sub-Grants Officer is responsible for helping to ensure that grants awarded to AFE partners are designed and managed in a way that adheres to AFE policies, donor requirements, and program needs. In coordination with the Grants Unit, the Sub-Grants Officer will lead pre-award capacity assessments, draft sub-grant agreements and amendments, manage sub-grants from start-up to close-out, and coordinate capacity-building support for sub-grantees.
