The main duty of the Communication Officer is to cover Al Midan’s activities, contribute to and implement its communication and public engagement strategy. The Communication Officer publicize Al Midan’s programs and initiatives and deliver effective information and communication material in line with the media and social media strategy across platforms.

UNICEF in Lebanon is working with the MOPH to ensure quality immunization services for every child in Lebanon. For this, the health supply chain system needs strengthening at central and peripheral levels and the nurses / EPI focal points need capacity building on Effective Vaccine Management, till the end point of vaccination. UNICEF is working to overcome the issues of the health supply chain in Lebanon, by establishing a sustainable health system that will enable the MoPH and its partners to reach every vulnerable child in Lebanon in an efficient and effective approach.

MERA School Officer position is responsible for the implementation/coordination support required to ensure quality and timely performance of the MERA. Functions under the direct supervision of the IT Chief Officer.

Despite the availability of data of vaccination in different systems (Logistics management system, PHENICS, EPI, MERA) and the different system are used by different parties, the integration between the systems is a crucial to have one consolidated data (reports and dashboards)
