المنتدى لحقوق الأشخاص ذوي الاعاقة هي جمعية أهلية مطلبية تأسست عام 1986, يديرها و يشرف عليها أصحاب القضية, أي الأشخاص ذوي الاعاقة أنفسهم, و الأشخاص المؤمنين بقضيتهم. و <المنتدى> يعنى بكافة شؤون الأشخاص ذوي الاعاقة: الثقافية و الفكرية و التربوية و الصحية و غيرها من الشؤون التي تطال الأشخاص ذوي الاعاقة, اضافة الى الدفاع عن حقوقهم, و دمجهم في المجتمع و تحقيق استقلاليتهم. كما أن <المنتدى> يسعى الى توعية المجتمع حول قضية الاعاقة, و تغييره نظرة الشفقة تجاه هؤلاء الأشخاص, و الغاء مبدأ الايواء و العمل على اعطاء صورة ايجابية عن الشخص ذي الاعاقة باعتباره مواطنا" لديه حقوق و عليه واجبات.
