RTP is seeking for an expert consultant to deliver an English for Beginners course for 180 Palestinian adolescents (boys and girls) aged 14-17 years and Business English course for 180 Palestinian youth (boys and girls) aged 18-24 years will be implemented over THREE cycles in each locality.

Right To Play International is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver a series of training courses aimed at enhancing the skills and capacities of Palestinian youth aged between 18 to 24 years residing in Palestinian camps and gatherings.

The objective of the consultancy is to comprehensively review, analyse, and synthesize evidence from previous evaluation reports including the SAT7 report conducted over the past three years on Right to Play programs in Lebanon.

This synthesis aims to identify key findings, trends, and lessons learned from a variety of applied approaches, to inform strategic decision-making, improve program effectiveness, and enhance outcomes for beneficiaries.
